L.A.'S FIRST 24-HOUR RENTAL STUDIO

Nestled just outside Universal City in the arty NoHo Arts Theater District is the cutting edge MILLENNIUM building, LA's newest Mecca of the dance world. The facility is geared to fully service its rental clientele in stylish, comfortable surroundings. MILLENNIUM boasts 9 studios in all: 6 state-of-the-art, mirrored rehearsal studios with central air and heat, stereo systems with CD and cassette capabilities and neo-shock wood flooring, 2 casting/vocal rooms with piano. The outdoor garden patio can be a quiet place to take a breather or a refreshing way to conduct registration for casting calls or auditions. Second level lounge with television, office space, kitchen and restrooms is also available. The facility's gated parking lot has a 40-car capacity.

All studios enjoy central air and heat, stereo systems w/ CD, iPOD connectors, and sprung wood floor.
Must require a credit card in order to hold space. Please check in at the front desk and pay cash,
check or charge. (Visa, MC, and AMEX accepted. No out of state checks please).
After hour rates available after 10pm Mon-Thurs, Fri after 8pm, Sat after 5pm, Sundays after 6pm. $75.00 per hour for after hour rates.
Chairs and Tables are available; please let us know what you will require at the time of booking.
Auditions: Sufficient space must be booked to accommodate all the dancers who will be waiting to audition. Holding rooms must be booked in advance. No bodies should be in the hallway blocking any flow of traffic. Please bring enough staff to manage those who come to auditions and control crowds so as not to obstruct public areas and entrances. Bring your own supplies!!
